Practical information
In these few pages, you’ll find all the information you need to make your stay in Dijon as easy as possible. This is also where we publish the traditional “Event Survival Guide”. This document will no longer be available in paper format in the Welcome Pack, so don’t forget to download it in pdf format. It is in French and English
Here’s the link to the interactive map you’ll find in the Welcome Pack. Don’t forget to keep it
On arrival in Dijon:
- If you arrive in the late afternoon or evening, please check in with your hotel first. They have registration lists, so all you need to do is give your name and the name of your group.
- If you arrive in the morning, please check in first at the course venue.
Once you’ve arrived at the event site, go to reception to state your name, receive your welcome pack and badge, and pay any outstanding amounts. This year, you’ll be able to pay your dues and purchases by credit card. We now have a payment terminal that accepts them.
In the Accommodation section, there is a set of guidelines concerning room allocation, and the list of hotels you may end up in.
The Exploring Dijon section contains maps and all the geographical information you will need to travel to and throughout Dijon.
The Catering section will give you all the information you need about lunch at the event.
Below are the meanings of the icons on the badges and armbands. Staff members will have red badges.
