Saturday evening gala dinner

The gala evening on Saturday, 16 May 2026 will take place in the Camille Claudel hall. The hall is accessible from the T1 tram at the Grésilles stop. It is then a 7-minute walk

Please note that the tram runs until 1 a.m.

Here is the menu that will be offered during this evening.

Classic

Starter

Layered poultry and their oysters, vegetables, rocket salad, verjuice vinaigrette.  

Main course

Veal navarin (stew) with vegetables, mustard and tarragon sauce, mashed potato gratin.  

Cheese platter

Epoisses, Morbier, Comté, farmhouse goat’s cheese.

Dessert

Raspberry financier with raspberry coulis and sorbet

Green bean salad and creamy carrot duo with mustard and vegetable-based vinaigrette.

Baby potatoes and pan-fried fresh vegetables with carrot sauce,
