Accommodation

We would like to remind all participants that the organisation of the event is entirely dependent on good cooperation with hotels in Dijon. It is also very difficult to find affordable accommodation in the centre of such a small town. For these reasons, and out of consideration for the organisers of this conference, we ask that you take particular care to respect the establishments hosting you and the furniture provided, as well as the people working or staying in these places. Please note that, as is the case every year, you may have to share your bed with a third person. If this is a problem for you, you can bring a sleeping bag or find your own accommodation that suits your needs. In order to facilitate the organisation of the rooms and for your own comfort, please specify on your registration form, as far as possible, the people with whom you can or wish to share your room. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Breakfast is not included.

Please note: If you expect to arrive at your hotel after 10 p.m., please contact them in advance to obtain the entry code.

Upon arrival in Dijon:

• If you arrive in the late afternoon or evening, please check in at your hotel first. They have the lists of registered participants, so all you need to do is give your name and the name of your group.
• If you arrive in the morning, please go to the course venue first.

Once you arrive at the event site, please go to the reception desk to give your name, receive your welcome pack and pay any outstanding amounts. You will be able to pay your fees and purchases by credit card. We now have a payment terminal that accepts them.
