Saturday evening gala dinner
The gala evening on Saturday, 16 May 2026 will take place in the Camille Claudel hall. The hall is accessible from the T1 tram at the Grésilles stop. It is then a 7-minute walk

Please note that the tram runs until 1 a.m.

Layered poultry and their oysters, vegetables, rocket salad, verjuice vinaigrette. Â
Main course
Veal navarin (stew) with vegetables, mustard and tarragon sauce, mashed potato gratin. Â
Cheese platter
Epoisses, Morbier, Comté, farmhouse goat’s cheese.
Dessert
Raspberry financier with raspberry coulis and sorbet
